Scratch Creative is a UK-based design studio & production agency specialising in the design and production of brand experiences, events, and retail environments across the globe.

As we continue to grow rapidly, we seek an outstanding, motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team.


The Role:

  • Working across various projects simultaneously, leading a wide range of event, retail and brand activation projects.
  • Attending site visits, client meetings and onsite project management for installations.
  • Leading design, budgets, account and project management whilst ensuring that we are producing event, retail and activation projects that exceed client briefs with a focus on offering value for money.
  • Overseeing the concept and design stage, working with our in-house designers and creatives.
  • Working closely with our suppliers & partners to manage production elements from project plans, artwork, approval, budgets and overseeing onsite installation through to handover.
  • Resource Management, sourcing and managing additional resources to support with event delivery (Event Managers, Event Staffing, Graphic Designers)


The Person:

We are looking for an exceptional project manager who can manage several projects seamlessly and simultaneously.


Essential:

  • A passion for creating brand experiences and live events.
  • Sound understanding of the event/ retail/ production industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent communicator
  • You will have experience managing budgets in excess of £250k and experience managing annual revenue in excess of £1m


Preferred:

  • Experience with previous design/ production roles.
  • Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD/ Sketchup/ 3DsMax)
  • Experience using Adobe Packages (Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • Relevant Project Management Qualifications
