Job Description

Who we are looking for

A Project Manager, who will be responsible for taking ideas and navigating them through the stages of requirement, design, build, test and implementation.


You will be working predominantly in the gaming and content portfolio, delivering technology projects of various sizes and complexity including, initiatives to enhance our gaming products.


With full end-to-end responsibility and engagement with a large variety of stakeholders, you will need strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of audiences.


We are looking for someone who is technically astute, who will enjoy working in a dynamic environment and thrive on being able to manage multiple items. You will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering technological change to the Company’s platform, in line with the department’s delivery framework.


This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.


Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Familiarity in dealing directly with technical functions including architecture, database, network and security, infrastructure platforms, IT operations, software development, test and release management.
  • Broad knowledge of project management terminology, tools and techniques.
  • Pragmatic delivery approach, considering the most effective and efficient way to plan and release solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage a range of relationships in a complex environment.
  • Ability to translate technical project requirements into business friendly language.
  • Ability to relay messages clearly by adopting a range of styles, tools, and techniques, appropriate to the audience and the nature of the information.
  • Understanding and experience of a variety of test approaches including functional and non-functional.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work co-operatively with others as part of a team.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems, processes, or projects, into components to explore and evaluate them systematically.
  • Adaptability to work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups, whilst understanding and appreciating different and opposing perspectives.


Main Responsibilities

  • Taking full ownership of running concurrent projects, ensuring they are resourced, planned and controlled correctly. Using the tools necessary to manage scope, time, risk and quality.
  • Working with Business and IT stakeholders to define scope and solutions of projects, whilst resolving issues as necessary.
  • Ensuring relevant project stakeholders are engaged appropriately.
  • Working directly with appointed technical leads and project team members, to provide support and direction as required, contributing towards overall project objectives.
  • Managing priority changes in an effective and controlled manner.
  • Following delivery, providing lessons learned and activity based actions to improve the department’s delivery capabilities.
