About Our Client:
Our client is a leading global consultancy firm known for delivering top-tier construction and development solutions. Specialising in hospitality projects throughout the UK.
Position Overview:
This is an opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join our client's London team, and delivery transformative hospitality projects, from luxury resorts to immersive theme parks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hospitality projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track with timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, and project teams to understand project needs and deliver accordingly.
- Apply your construction expertise to provide insights throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administer JCT contracts effectively to manage project obligations.
- Oversee project activities, promptly resolving any issues that arise.
- Take a proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving to keep projects moving smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the hospitality sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes.
- Expertise in JCT contracts and project administration.
- Previous consultancy experience preferred - with experience acting as an Employers Agent & Contract Administrator
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
