We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Project Manager Mechanical & Electrical on a 4month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: 267.62 350.00 per Day Responsibilities: The role is to lead on mechanical project delivery. To take ownership of M&E projects complete the design/ specification tender the projects then manager the delivery program whilst actively supporting the day to day maintenance by managing the mechanical contractors and providing expert mechanical engineering advise for repairs. Qualifications: Requires an engineer with a HND or above in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in construction management or Building services.
