Are you an experienced Project Manager whohas experience in implementing HR and L&D Systems / solutions in a Health / Social Care enviroment? My client,one of the largest providers of adult social care in the UK is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will report intothe Transformation Director, and work on the development,on-boardingand implementation of a solution(s) for HR and L&D thatprovidescompliance, cost savings and user benefits for this national organisation. To be considered got this 12 month fixed term role the successful Project Manager will. Be a seasoned Project Manager who has supported the full project lifecycle and implementation of HR and L&D systems, ideally in healthcare setting. Be a great communicator being able to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders being able engage and motivate to get the job done and respectful. Be detail oriented and used to working with KPIs. Have demonstrable experience in designing and delivering HR / L&D system process changes and be used to delivering large scale change projects . Be willing to engage face to face across a large geographical area as required. Possess Good risk management experience Good experience of the on-boarding of HR and Learning Management projects are a must as your initial projects will be to develop the methods to manage and implement cost effective solutions for these important parts of the business and provide compliance, and user benefits. You will also be tasked with Working with HR and L&D teams to carry out a full statement of requirements and ensure it is aligned with what users are looking for. Identifying KPIs to measure benefits. Planning pilot roll out and associated implementation plan and benefit realisation trackers for new solutions. Whilst evaluating and providing fixes based on pilot result. Working with the wider business to plan and support group wide implementation. Tracking benefits realised and report full progress including Board version.
