Job Description
A specialist construction consultancy focused heavily in the retail and leisure sectors require an experienced Project Manager to join them to work with some of the UK's largest and best-known companies. The projects will range between £1 million and £100 million in value. You will be joining a team of 20 in the London office (based Southbank) made up of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

Example recent projects include an Oxford Street fit out for a luxury goods retailer, refurbishment of a high-end department store, remodelling and new layouts across the South East for a discount supermarket chain, and refurbishment of several outlets for a pub/restaurant chain.
Experience wise, you should be already working as a construction Project Manager in the retail or leisure area, and ideally have come from a construction consultancy background. You will be able to demonstrate previous successful delivery of a range of projects, and have excellent communication skills with all levels of staff internally, with contractors and with client organisations
You should have a relevant professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, APM) or be working towards it. You should also be comfortable client facing, this role will give you the chance to report directly to the client at all stages of the Projects.
