We’re working with an independent, family run developer/main contractor who are seeking their next Site Based Project Manager.

The company work on small to medium size new build residential developments and refurbishment/fit out projects. Typical schemes range from 20 to 50 units up to the £10m mark and are based in/around West and South West London.

You will be expected to;

• Liaise with Architects, Designers and Building Control
• Liaise and managing a range of clients
• Managing sub-contractor relationships
• Attend and report at regular meetings
• Procuring and purchasing materials
• Organise and run the project programme and ensure timely delivery
• Manage Health and Safety on site
• Cost tracking and pricing additional works

You will have;

• New build residential experience
• Circa five years of experience in a site/project manager role
• Main contractor experience
• Hindi/Punjabi language would be a huge bonus
