Position: Project Manager - Construction

Location: Manchester

Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP70,000 per annum

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various housing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple housing projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Oversee project teams and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in extra-care homes, social housing, or affordable apartments
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
