Location: Dublin / Manchester / Glasgow Job Title: Onshore Wind Project Manager We are looking for an Onshore Wind Project Manager to join us on our journey toward a brighter future. In renewables projects, we provide project management and engineering services in support of renewable power generation for internal and external clients. Working with our team, we develop projects as the business case evolves, progressing based on risks and opportunities. Projects will be developed from various sources, including new development opportunities and acquisitions. Due to an increase in the volume of work associated with this program, a vacancy has arisen for an Onshore Wind Project Manager in Renewable Project Development. Lead a project team in the delivery of wind farm projects, from the early development phase through to construction and compliance testing. Support the team in achieving viable routes to market for projects such as PPA and CFD auction processes. Take responsibility for project health and safety and lead the implementation of CDM, PSDP, or Principal Designer processes across projects. 7+ years of relevant commercial experience. ~ Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record in delivering large, complex projects, including experience managing engineering and project teams. ~ A strong understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of project design and construction. ~ A record of developing health and safety capabilities and their application to large-scale projects, including a thorough understanding of CDM. Experience working independently and taking ownership of work/projects, motivating team members to achieve objectives. Experience leading the implementation of project management methodologies, providing consistent delivery standards, clear roles, decision rights, and fostering the right mindsets for project success. A thorough understanding of onshore projects, including the specific risks associated with development, construction, and operation of onshore wind projects.
