Project Manager / Business Analyst – Investment Management / Real Estate 6 Month Contract Our client is an Investment Management company based in Central London. They are setting up a new investment company to hold their real estate assets and require a Project Manager / Business Analyst to work directly for the COO. The role will involve a broad range of tasks with a focus on core project management - plan creation and monitoring; risk/issue/dependency management; project governance. Experience in setting up investment entities with a full suite of operating capabilities. Experience with implementing function specific policies and standards. Property investment / Real Estate experience would be advantageous but not essential.
