Project Quality Manager (PQM) – London – up to £65,000 + Bonus + Ex. Benefits – Permanent

Primary Purpose:

The Project Quality Manager is responsible for managing all internal and external Quality Management aspects of a contract/project, ensuring implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System throughout the Tender, Project implementation, and After Sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review quality documentation for bids, ensuring compliance and risk identification.

Provide quality support during bid meetings.

Implement project Quality requirements for the company and subcontractor activities.

Manage acceptance status of the company’s Products and Services, addressing deficiencies.

Handle customer interface during audits and acceptance processes, resolving issues promptly.

Support project risk management through timely actions.

Report and address issues throughout project implementation and after-sales support.

Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and Quality functions.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.

Proficiency in quality management system requirements such as ISO9001 / TL9000 (QMS).

Desirable skills include Project Management,

Basic Commercial Skills, and/or Lead Auditor training.
