Peace Recruitment is delighted to bring these opportunities to market, we are recruiting Project Quantity Surveyors for one of Scotland leading multidisciplinary consultancies for both their Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.

Our client would like to speak with candidates with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience, ideally chartered or working towards chartership. You can expect to work on projects in both public and private sectors e.g. healthcare, education, leisure, hotels, private residential and large commercial developments.
Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
- Cost advice and reporting
- Cost planning
- Undertaking commercial management services
- Feasibility studies
- Providing support to the project director(s)
- Chairing meetings
Requirements:
- BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Technical delivery experience gained within a construction consultancy
- Pre- and post-contract experience
- Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
- Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
- A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
