My client in Leeds is looking for an ambitious and talented Project Quantity Surveyor with a clear passion for the work they do, to join their fun and sociable team and work on this fantastic project, alongside some other incredible schemes in and around Yorkshire.
So, what is this project, you ask?
Well, 'York Central' is one of the UK’s largest brownfield regeneration projects, transforming underused land into vibrant and distinctive residential areas, cultural and leisure spaces, and a high-quality commercial quarter at the heart of one of the UK’s most historic and desirable cities. It is expected to bring over £1b to the UK economy!
And who is my client?
My client is one of the UK’s most successful construction consultancies, and are responsible for a huge proportion of all private sector construction projects in the North. They have worked on some of the most iconic buildings in and around Leeds, and are continuously adding to their famous portfolio.
