Hertfordshire

£50,000 - £70,000 inclusive of car allowance

Panoramic Associates are working with a construction company that are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to oversee operations on the proposed new Care Home development.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the site, ensuring programme control, site efficiency, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily operations at the site.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members and sub-contractors on site.
  • Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment effectively.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site.

Qualifications and experience

  • Proven track record in managing traditional construction projects up to £10,000,000
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices and protocols
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
