TXM Recruit are delighted to be working with a privately owned Construction Consultancy firm looking for a Senior Project Surveyor to join their expanding team. The ideal Senior Project Surveyor will have strong expertise in Commercial and Industrial projects with over 2 years’ experience on the consultancy side.
This role will be standard Monday-Friday working hours and offers flexibility when it comes to hybrid working but it does require you to go into the office certain days of the week.
The ideal Senior Project Surveyor will have –
- 2 years working within a UK construction consultancy firm as a Senior / Project Surveyor
- working on industrial/commercial projects (warehouses, units, education, retail, multi-room projects etc)
- have or are working towards a professional qualification (for the right candidate this company will happily support candidates through RICS and MCIOB routes)
- demonstrable and stable track record of successful projects
- based and eligible to work in the UK
- full UK driving License
Packages will depend on the level of experience individuals have.
Individuals with the right attitude and aligned values, will be supported and offered progression – even if you are not a Senior Project Surveyor, but have over 2 years working within a construction consultancy please get in touch!
