We have had direct instructions from our client, a leading international law firm, to seek a projects associate to join their well-regarded London based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious associate to work with market-leading partners.
This role with have a heavy focus advising on project matters relating to the energy sector. The successful candidate will be advising developers, landlord and operators on District Heating schemes, Energy Performance Contracts, Power Purchase Agreements and Heating Supply Agreements, providing support on regulatory and licensing issues relating to energy supply, and much more.
The ideal candidate will be England and Wales qualified and have 2-4 years’ PQE gained at a reputable projects practice. Experience of advising on heat networks and renewable energy projects is desirable. A stellar academic background and stable career background are required.
