Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our clients’ busy property management team, in a newly created role, responsible for managing the car park portfolio and providing administrative support across their team and estates they manage.

Property Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

Car Park Management:

• Oversee car park administration.

• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records.

Administrative Support:

• Compile Excel spreadsheets for budgets and property data.

• Prepare change notes for clients, properties, and leases.

• Maintain files and coordinate complaint responses.

• Attend and minute client meetings.

Client Interaction:

• Handle inquiries from tenants and clients.

• Compile data and prepare reports (from liaison with internal teams)

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with property managers and accounts teams.

• Monitor work referrals and logs.


Property Administrator – Person Profile:

Experience:

• Previous experience in property management or administration/accounts or similar administrative role is essential.

• Minute taking experience in fast paced meetings.

Technical Proficiency:

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Competent in Microsoft Word and Outlook; PowerPoint is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent organisational, and multitasking skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly developed written/verbal communication skills and proof reading is essential.


Property Administrator – Package:

• Location: Central London (Hybrid 3 days office, 2 home)

• Salary: £30-32,000

• Benefits: range of company benefits available (tbc) and discretionary bonus

• Hours: Mon to Fri, standard office hours
