Commercial Property Asset Manager – Client Side London Estate


Madison Berkeley are working exclusively with a West London Estate who are actively looking to strengthen their estates department with an experienced commercial property and asset manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an allocated portfolio of office, retail, and F&B assets, delivering property management & asset management services protecting and improving the long-term value and reputation of the Estate.


The successful candidate will be MRICS qualified with property management experience attending property inspections, liaising with tenant, maintaining lease records, health & safety and compliance. The role will also require a surveyor to assist with new commercial lettings, delivering capex and refurbishment projects, negotiating key lease events, rent reviews, lease renewals and delivering value add initiatives.


This job opportunity is perfectly suited to someone looking to take on their first client side role with a well established Estate looking to preserve the Estates value. There will be limited opportunity for investment however you’ll gain exposure to delivering full property & asset management services to a London portfolio, working as part of a small lean team.


Essential Requirements:

  • MRICS Qualified or Equivalent.
  • Commercial Property Experience, ideally managing mixed-use properties.
  • Experience of negotiating new lettings, rent review, lease renewals & managing development & refurbishment projects.
