Richard Daffern advises institutional clients on inflation linked long income acquisitions and funding deals and on development acquisition and leasing of commercial property. He advises major corporates on property transactions covering major portfolio transactions and Head Office deals.

James Long specialises and is nationally recognised in private healthcare investment work and he is head of our Later Living practice. He acts predominantly for UK institutions, European and US private equity Funds. James also deals with acquisitions, asset management, and disposals for a number of social care operators.
