My client is a leading Legal 100 law firm based in Southampton, who is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their Land Development team in this key placement. The department act for developers, land promoters, and affordable housing providers of all sizes covering all aspects of residential development from strategic land assembly, joint ventures and consortium developments, through to development finance and the sale of completed units.
This Southampton-based role as a Land Development Solicitor/Associate will involve:
