Great opportunity to join a very busy and growing Property Development team in Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have around 4 years’ + Residential Development experience and will be able to pick up a wide and varied workload.
The role will include the drafting of a number of documents, such as Reports, Contracts and Building Leases to name a few. Another key sector of the role will be to work on site acquisitions, including site assembly and disposals for national and regional developers. The Residential Development Solicitor will work closely with the partners and directors.
