The team have established a leading national reputation as experts in resolving property related disputes for charities and as a result of this, have formed long-lasting relationships with clients. Working with an impressive list of high-profile national charities, the team are specialists in partnering with prestigious clients to maximise the value of their legacies, support their legal teams and manage their property portfolios.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to further their career in Property Litigation whilst working alongside expert Charities and Legacies colleagues and maintaining the delivery of highly relevant and commercial advice to respected clients from the outset.

Day to day, the successful candidate will be working on a broad range of property litigation and problem solving in contexts such as title queries, lost deeds, third party rights, landlord and tenant, and professional negligence. The overall goal is to assist charities in maximising the value of their properties in order to optimise their income and best achieve their wider ambitions. Within this role, you will be working within an innovative environment where being forward thinking and proactive on behalf of the client is actively promoted, using bespoke technology solutions and legal design to interact with clients and achieve the best results. Personal development is encouraged and supported throughout, with opportunities such as client secondments.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE with good experience across a variety of Property Litigation matters and ideally previous exposure to contentious probate matters and/or charities, however this is not essential. You will need to be an enthusiastic problem solver, with the ability to appreciate the importance of delivering value. Having the drive to develop your understanding and learn from experienced colleagues is important to provide clients with the highest standards of service.
