The Opportunity:
Our client’s team advises a broad range of clients on all aspects of commercial property dispute resolution and property management. the client list is made up of landlords and tenants, developers and investors,To be confident in handling a wide range of contentious property related issues including (but not limited to);
Commercial landlord and tenant cases, acting for residential landlords, Property defects claims, Rights of way and easement disputes, Boundary disputes and related areas of Property Disputes.
The Property Disputes Team works very closely with the transactional Real Estate team so you will have the opportunity to develop strong ties across the practice.
