This leading full service law firm is looking to recruit a litigation lawyer to specialise in property and infrastructure disputes. The team has a busy and specialist practice across the UK construction and engineering sector, with a particular focus on:

  1. Infrastructure
  2. Energy
  3. Civil engineering
  4. Power/utilities
  5. Rail
  6. Renewables
  7. Commercial and residential development
  8. Leisure
  9. Education
  10. Health
  11. Defence
  12. Flood prevention schemes
  13. PFI/PPP
  14. Professional negligence

The team represents major UK sub-contractor, contractor and employer clients in complex and high-quality dispute work based in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. They handle mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and court work across the UK.

As part of the team, you will:

  1. Advise commercial clients on high-value, complex issues
  2. Assist in shaping and delivering clients’ commercial objectives through identifying and implementing solutions
  3. Represent clients in formal proceedings and ADR across the UK
  4. Assist in documenting settlements and dispute-related agreements

Applicants must have experience dealing with contentious construction and will ideally be between three and six years qualified. You can expect to work with like-minded people and further your career in a high-quality environment. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
