With our company headcount trebling in the last 6 months and lease terms signed for a new 2500 sqft office move in October, now is the time to be joining the fastest growing independent property consultancy company in Manchester.</p><p><br></p><p>We’ve built strong foundations in the industry over the last 5 years and represent industry renowned property developers from across the UK. We are going from strength to strength and seek sales professionals who can thrive with us as we continue to establish ourselves as a leading property investment specialist in the UK market.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The skills & experience sought;</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven sales record</li><li>Experience selling investments is ideal</li><li>Experience liaising with decision makers B2B and/or high-value sales</li><li>Great listening, questioning and conversational skills</li><li>Confident, up-beat personality who genuinely enjoys sales</li><li>Good knowledge of the financials surrounding property investments (yields, interest rates, return on investment rates etc)</li><li>Experienced in sales negotiation both face to face and over the phone</li><li>Good personal and written presentation skills (professionalism, spelling and grammar) for effective dialogue with clients</li><li>IT literate with CRM’s and email</li><li>Able to multi-task in a changing market</li><li>Good memory of statistical information and the ability to adapt to new properties brought to market quickly</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Who we are and what we do;</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We have over 30 years property experience and source UK buy-to-let investment opportunities with leading developers for our investors and end users to secure. We focus predominantly on off-plan investment properties for our investors to rent out or re-sell once they are built. Rental rates and rental demand in the UK is increasing year on year and more people are renting than ever before. TK Property Group provides opportunities for our UK and International investors to make great returns from the rental market and secure strong capital growth over the longer term.</p><p><br></p><p>We have exclusive, off-market investment opportunities with developers in Manchester city centre, Birmingham and Liverpool to name a few. We seek skilled sales professionals who can converse with our investors at a high, commercial level over the telephone about what financial returns and opportunities each property investment presents and will best suit their investment goals and criteria. Sales are low volume but high value.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your role within our Company;</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Successful consultants will speak to Investors who have enquired to us direct about property investments we offer.
