Wollens have a vacancy for a Property Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Senior Residential Conveyancer with experience and a good knowledge of a range of residential property transactions.. The role could be based in any of the firm’s 3 offices – Torquay, Exeter or Barnstaple.

It has ambitious plans, and this opportunity is perfect for a bright and committed lawyer to make a mark in a vibrant firm and department.
You will deal with a very busy caseload of domestic property work. The successful applicant will have experience of handling a wide range of property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership and transfer of equity and will be capable of working in a busy team. We are looking for a forward-thinking lawyer, who is not only technically competent, able to run their own caseload but also possesses networking skills and an interest in business generation and development.

The role is full-time. Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week.
