Property lender for the Welsh market.
We are hiring a lending director for a well-capitalised alternate lender which specialises in providing development and bridge loans (£1m - £50m) for residential and mixed-use schemes. They have a growing client base and appetite for lending in Scotland and need a lending director to lead the strategy.
