The companies aim is to deliver high quality developments in the community to meet local needs, that are designed with architectural flair, to enhance the local environment.
Property & Lettings Manager - Key Duties:
- Develop lettings practices for vetting applicants
- Carry out viewings as required
- Full ownership of the lettings & management function
- Day to day maintenance of the flats – reactive and planned
- AST renewals
- Change of tenants, check in/out and deposit returns
- Carry out inspections and act on the findings
- Training, delegating and managing the team administrator
Property & Lettings Manager – Person Profile:
- ARLA qualified
- Rounded experience in residential property management
- Ideally some experience or interest in the lettings side.
- Business Development minded
- Organised and independent
- Team player, collaborative and great communicator
- Driving licence is essential
- SW London knowledge is preferred
Property & Lettings Manager – Salary Guide:
£35,000 - £40,000
Commission on lettings deals
Hours: 9am – 5:30 pm + viewings when requested
