Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate - (Mid-Level) -
An opportunity with huge potential for a mid level Solicitor with experience in Property Litigation and Insurance Litigation matters.
You will be working directly alongside Partner level colleagues in a very well run department and assisting with the management of a good range of Litigation matters within the fields of Property Damage and Insurance Litigation.
The firm will offer you their full support to enable you, over time, to further develop your own strong specialism within Property Litigation and to work with a good deal of autonomy.
The work will include a mixture of real estate, residential/commercial landlord and tenant matters as well as other property related matters such as party walls, boundaries, professional negligence, planning and other asset based disputes, acting for a wide range of clients including businesses, charities, individuals, institutions and landed estates.
