The ideal candidate will have commercial real estate experience in retail and will be instrumental in the team's growth, handling a wide range of disputes across sectors such as energy and local government.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Experience in commercial property disputes
- A proven track record in Contentious commercial property
- Proficiency in Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 renewals
- Strong academic background
