Largely focussing on commercial property disputes, landlord and tenant work, there are also a number of residential property matters to manage and ad hoc property related civil litigation work such as boundary disputes.
The firm are looking to recruit a qualified lawyer with strong property litigation experience for a three month role. In order to manage the workload independently, we anticipate that candidates will need upwards of four years post qualified experience.
The role is offered on a hybrid working basis but remote applications will also be considered.
