Up To £26,618pa + Benefits
Permanent, London Office
My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in London – working as their new Housing Management & Property Litigation Paralegal.
Working within one of the largest Property teams in England & Wales, this team brings a wealth of experience – advising on all aspects of Housing Management & Property Litigation.
As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting Solicitors and other Fee-Earners in the day-to-day running of files
- Drafting and preparing claim forms, pleadings and witness statements
- Preparing trial bundles
- Attending Court to assist Barristers and other Fee-Earners
- Conduct advocacy in the County Court (on routine matters)
- Occasionally undertake site visits

To be considered for this Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
- Have a minimum of a 2:2 LLB or GDL (LPC is desirable)
- Have experience dealing with Registered Providers, Housing Associates OR Landlords
- Be able to commute to the London office THREE days a week
- Have experience in a similar Property Litigation based roles (as a Paralegal)
