Job Description
We are working with an esteemed firm who are recruiting for an additional member to join their property litigation team based in their London office.

Responsibilities:
- Manage both commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals and advice on the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
- Prepare and serve legal notices such as breaks, and handle disputes regarding freehold property, including restrictive covenants and easements.
- Act for both landlords and tenants, gaining experience from both perspectives to provide well-rounded advice and representation.
- Develop the confidence and competence to take on and manage your own caseload, with support and supervision tailored to your experience level.
- Engage with clients from various sectors such as education, health, charities, and corporate occupiers, ensuring diverse and dynamic daily responsibilities.
- Contribute to the team’s business development goals by fostering new and existing client relationships.
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong understanding of property law, particularly in relation to landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, and freehold property issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting clear, legally effective documents and advising clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team, contributing to a supportive and collegial environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development of legal skills.
