PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, MERSEYSIDE, UP TO C£50,000 DOE – A leading firm have an unmissable opportunity available for an experienced Litigator to join their growing team. • This team deal with property management litigation on behalf of institutional landlords, pension funds and asset managers in relation to large residential and mixed-use developments
• On offer is a broad and complex caseload and the opportunity to handle tribunal hearings and litigation from county court claims up to multi-track trials and high court appeals
• Applications are welcomed from Property Litigation Solicitors who have at least 2 years’ experience or astute litigators with an interest in property litigation
