My client a specialist consultancy are looking for a Property Management Accountant to become a vital part of their dynamic team in Bristol. Reporting directly to the Head of Property Management, you'll be at the forefront of financial control for our client portfolios.

Your responsibilities will include managing client monies, ensuring accurate billing, and providing expert financial advice to our property managers. You'll be the guardian of our cash flow, overseeing income management, service charge expenditure, and client accounting with meticulous attention to detail.
But that's not all. You'll foster strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike, delivering exceptional service and tackling challenges head-on. From database management to compliance, your expertise will shape the future of property management.
They’re ideally looking for a part time candidate, with 3 days a week in the office, but for the right candidate they would look at a full time position.
On offer is a salary of £50,000 plus package and hybrid working.
