Key Responsibilities


As a Property Manager at Johns&Co, you will:


  • Manage a portfolio of circa 175 residential properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Manage maintenance issues and organise timely repairs; coordinating with external vendors and contractor
  • Chase rental arrears
  • Negotiate deposit returns and disputes
  • Ensure the smooth termination of tenancy agreements and prepare properties to be re-lets

  • Residential Property Management experience
  • Personal portfolio management experience
