The role consists of business development in the UK Property sector providing clients with exemplary levels of customer service when seeking and placing high value insurance policies. Our client will provide all the training needed including sales training and professional training to meet the regulatory requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority. The role consists of providing clients with specialist property insurance cover. As a Broker you will have the latitude of taking responsibility for yourself and taking ownership. You will need to meet targets and enjoy the financial rewards of doing so. You will be motivated with an eagerness to learn and a hunger for success. You will need to have a strong work ethic, enjoy working as part of a team, have the ability to liaise with property developers and other associated bodies like architects, project managers and lawyers through regular communication and great interpersonal skills. What is on offer * Office based in Soho area of London - Mon to Fri * Starting salary to £25,000 * Generous commission structure * On target earnings expected to be in region of £35,000 year one and £45,000 in year two.
