Hire Resolve's client, a reputable legal firm, is seeking a skilled Property Paralegal to join their team in Camden Town, England. As a Property Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the attorneys in handling property-related legal matters. Responsibilities: Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions, such as leases, contracts, and agreements. Conduct legal research to support the attorneys in providing accurate advice and guidance. Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation of property transactions. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in property transactions. Assist with due diligence processes and property title searches. Prepare and process necessary paperwork for property registrations and transfers. Provide administrative support to the attorneys, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to client inquiries. Requirements Relevant Paralegal qualification or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Paralegal or similar role. Strong knowledge of property law and regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in legal research and using relevant software and databases. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
