£35k - £55k (dependent on experience) You’ve probably heard of us because of our market-leading books. But we take just as much care over our Lake District property portfolio, including pubs, farms, offices, private houses and a beautiful atrium in our newly extended distribution centre. With so many property plans in the pipeline, we’re looking for talented Project Managers with very high standards to join us. What do we expect from our project managers? We don’t follow a rule book at CGP so we need people who’ll use their initiative, work really hard and deliver projects in the best possible way. You’ll care deeply about your work, ask for feedback (and act on it) and always give great customer service. If you’re motivated by formal project management and approval processes, then this role’s probably not for you.
