Property Solicitor (2 years + PQE)
An exciting new opportunity for a Property Solicitor with experience in both Commercial and Residential Property to join a well established law firm in North Cornwall
This role would be suitable for candidates with at least two years experience up to a more Senior level who have experience managing their own caseload of a mix of both commercial and residential property law.
The work will be varied and interesting and will consist of an array of Property transactions. The work you will be handling will include, landlord and tenant matters, development work, property finance, acquisitions and disposals, leases both residential and commercial and freehold purchases.
