THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a reputable law firm based in London. Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including:
• Acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
• Advising clients on high-value residential property matters.
• Conducting thorough due diligence, drafting and negotiating contracts, and managing completions.
• Providing strategic advice to clients on property investments and portfolio management.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in commercial property transactions, with some exposure to high-level residential work. You must be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.
