JOB TITLE: Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: Up to £45,000
THE ROLE:
This busy public sector body are looking to appoint a talented and committed Solicitor to advise on property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, licences and Landlord and Tenant matters. You will conduct negotiations on behalf of the council and complete property transactions. As well as, providing advice related to Assets of Community Value, optimum disposals, and subsidy control. This busy sector body is looking for someone who will provide an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of Property matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate about this area of law with at least 2 years’ + experience in property matters. The desired candidate will have previous experience of working within a local authority. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. The appointed candidate will maintain a working knowledge of all relevant laws and caselaw, and undertake continuing professional development as needed. The appointed solicitor will be joining at a busy time you must be able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to a busy workload.
