IRC is pleased to be representing a leading Chester, based full-service legal practice.  They are seeking a Property Solicitor to join their team in their central Chester office.

You will be working with one of the strongest property teams in the region and their broad expertise means they can support clients with all their commercial property needs. As a Property Solicitor, you will be supporting retailers, developers, housebuilders, social housing providers, property investors, utility companies, holiday parks and other landowners.


About you:


You will be a newly qualified or experienced solicitor. You will want to carve out your career in a growing, forward-thinking and dynamic legal practice.  You will be commercially aware with excellent attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills. Creative problem-solving will be a strength and you will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with both clients and colleagues.


What’s on offer:


The practice is offering a very competitive salary circa £40,000 and a comprehensive benefits and bonus package as well as ongoing career progression opportunities.
