Artemis Human Capital is proud to be working with a multinational Law Firm based in Belfast Centre who are looking to recruit a Property Solicitor to join their highly regarded team.
The Role:
This role calls for a Solicitor, NQ - 4 years plus PQE with a broad range of experience in Property. The role will be focused on public sector-led property work, which will include advising either the public or the private sector on large scale city centre regeneration schemes, residential developments and the delivery of new garden communities, delivery of infrastructure such as highways and bridges and commercial developments where the public sector is playing a key role.
The Candidate:
- Preferably NQ-4 years PQE but more experienced candidates will be considered
- Solid technical knowledge as well as good interpersonal skills are a must
- Ambitious with a desire to succeed and an enthusiasm to engage with clients
