Our client, a leading organization dedicated to global oil spill preparedness and response, Oil Spill Response Limited (OSRL), is seeking a Global Proposals and Contracts Lead to join their team. What will you be doing?
Manage a team responsible for evaluating, pricing, drafting, and submitting customised global proposals and tenders, including complex ones.
Develop a fair and automated prioritization and pipeline method for proposals and tenders.
Collaborate with the Business Development Team to provide awareness of the pipeline, team capacity, and availability.
Ensure proposals are compliant with internal policies, procedures, external factors, and requirements.
Act as the global custodian of tender and proposal procedures and templates.
Maintain and improve procedures and templates globally.
Ensure contractual terms are compliant, measured, risk-managed, and fit for purpose.

We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Experience in tender and proposal generation.
- Experience in international project work.
- Professional experience in a commercial environment.
- Team management experience.
- Demonstrable business development experience.
- A degree (or equivalent) in Business Studies or a relevant subject.
- A qualification in commercial contract law.
