Location: London, Speechmark + Hybrid Working
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri
Duration: 12 month FTC

The Mobile Propositions team is focused on rapidly growing Vodafone's market share by bringing to market innovative, customer orientated propositions that embody our challenger spirit.

What you'll do

The Propositions Customer Experience Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivering the Mobile Marketing CX roadmap and enhancing our current product experience, defining the proposition specification to exacting standards and delivering an exceptional e2e customer experience. The products that will fall within this remit are across a selection of areas including the SIMO, Handset and Mobile Broadband range.

  1. Deliver the Mobile Propositions CX roadmap for Vodafone UK - delivering improvements and enhancements to our existing propositions
  2. Obsess over how our products perform for our customers and how they effect key business targets such as churn.
  3. Deliver the CX proposition and product mobile roadmap, including driving key investment and prioritisation choices with wider business stake holders.
  4. Understand and be a strong voice to shape the desired Customer experience journeys including a strong digital first mindset for any new enhancements you will be leading, working in collaboration with our dedicated ecommerce team.
  5. Lead on the full E2E delivery of your proposition. This includes driving key partners to ensure a flawless execution from a technical and commercial point of view.

Who you are

  1. Understanding of the Consumer Mobile market, ideally having worked within a proposition and/or product role
  2. Exceptional influencing skills and cross functional working ability
  3. Track record of insight-led delivery, including a flawless execution record where you put the customer at the heart of the change
  4. Experience delivering multi-area impacting change projects, with proven benefits delivery record
  5. Ability to champion the voice of your customer within the business to drive effective decision making
