The Protection Sales Development Manager Role
As the Protection sales development manager, you will be responsible for the training and development of Protection Advisors across multiple branch locations.
You’ll provide both group and one-to-one training, ensuring that Protection Advisors are not only competently delivering compliant information but also advancing their skill set to achieve a higher average case size.
It is essential that you have an in-depth knowledge of whole of market protection products and an exceptional ability to create and present engaging sales training to teams.

Protection Sales Development Manager desired skills and experience
- Experience Protection Sales Trainer / Protection Development Consultant
- Proven track record of increasing team productivity and revenue
- Ability to create engaging Protection Sales Training
- Ability to travel to branches across Scotland and Newcastle
- Good presentation skills
- Experience coaching one-to-one with Protection Advisors
