Both internal and external training sessions are regularly conducted, including specialized manual handling training such as 'Team Teach' to equip you for challenging scenarios that may arise while working with vulnerable SEN children.
To apply for this SEN Teaching Assistant role, prior experience working with vulnerable children with complex needs is preferred. Interviews for this position are currently being conducted.
