This work is hugely rewarding, offering the opportunity for you to encourage pupils to learn through a bespoke curriculum. You will learn a huge amount 'on the job' and build up valuable knowledge of Autism Teaching Techniques, Team Teach, Makaton and the Trauma-Informed Approach, as well as much more.
