Are you a PR Account Director looking for a new opportunity in an award-winning communications agency in Cheltenham? With beautiful offices in the South West, this role is easy to commute to. This is a full-time, permanent role with a flexible salary depending on your experience between £45k and £50k DOE and level. The Client

Our client is an award-winning communications agency that has several offices, with this role being based in Cheltenham. This team has an impressive portfolio of clients supporting them with change, reputation management and growth across a range of sectors. If you have experience in corporate comms and working within the built environment, then you will find this role incredibly exciting. Not only will you be joining the central hub, but you will also be working collaboratively with the other teams allowing a culture of sharing and collaboration.

The Role

As either Senior PR Account Manager of PR Account Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of communications and PR campaigns across a range of B2B clients as well as developing and nurturing client relationships. You will work closely with the team to develop strategies and comms plans and manage the delivery through the team. You will be focused on corporate comms, B2B sectors and in particular clients within the build space, including stakeholder engagement and brand.

About You

To be the successful candidate for the role will have the following experience:

  • Have strong experience in developing strategies across corporate comms (agency side or in-house)
  • Proven experience in working with a range of B2B sectors and ideally experience in the built sector
  • Experience in being client-facing, developing strategies and comms plans and managing the delivery
  • If you have experience in people management that is a bonus
  • Spotting opportunities and being creative with your approach
  • Supporting with new business pitches and helping to grow client accounts with a commercial outlook
